When the Star Wars film The Last Jedi was released, I created a series illustrations of some of the main characters. In my previous illustration projects, I've been using the pen tool mostly, creating straight lines. In this project I decided to experiment a little with the blob brush enabling me to create more organic shapes and lines.

We made a video about this series in which I share something about why I've made this series and how I work. Filmed and edited by Iskandar Bwefar, Bwefar & de Boer.
